UK: AA Orders Many More Honda Motorcycles

The British Automobile Association, the AA, is very happy with Honda. After having used Honda Silverwing 600 scooters and Honda 700 Deauville motorcycle sin the big cities, they’ve now purchased 50 Honda Pan European motorcycles.

The motorcycles are used in the big cities to rescue stranded cars, since repairs cars take too long to reach their destination.

Madrid in Spain now has joined the European cities where you can get to your destination faster than with any other transportation. They now have two motorcycle taxi companies operating in the capital city.

One with Honda Gold Wing 1800, the other with BMW R1200RT motorcycles.

KTM Motorcycles To Be Bought By Bajaj For 90%?

KTM have asked Indian motorcycle manufacturer, Bajaj, to increase their shares in KTM from 30% to 90%.

Bajaj have agreed to buy up to 51% now, and the rest later. This means that the majority shareholder in KTM is now Bajaj, and that they will become the main shareholder in a few months.
