MILWAUKEE (Feb., 2012) -Harley-Davidson will celebrate 110 years of great motorcycles and epic riding experiences with an array of global events and activities in 2013. Among the events during the year-long celebration will be a rally in Rome, Italy, June 13-16, and a massive party over Labor Day weekend, Aug. 29 – Sept. 1, in Milwaukee. Harley-Davidson will also celebrate the 30th Anniversary of the Harley Owners Group (H.O.G.) globally, including during the Labor Day weekend in Milwaukee in 2013. H.O.G., the official riding club of the Motor Company, boasts about one million members worldwide. “Harley-Davidson is synonymous with adventure, passion and the experience of the open road,” said Mark-Hans Richer, Harley-Davidson Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer. “For this 110th celebration, our customers all around the world – with our support – are going to be taking everything to the next level and making their own history.”

MILWAUKEE, Jan. 24, 2012 — Harley-Davidson, Inc. (NYSE: HOG) reported a strong finish to 2011, with improved fourth-quarter performance capping a year of earnings and dealer retail sales growth. Income from continuing operations was $54.6 million in the fourth quarter of 2011, compared to a loss of $42.1 million from continuing operations in the year-ago quarter. For the full year 2011, income from continuing operations more than doubled to $548.1 million compared to income of $259.7 million in 2010.

From 11:45 a.m. to 12:15 p.m., the convoy will travel along Orlando, Fla.’s Interstate 4 from Downtown Disney^® West Side to the Orlando Harley-Davidson Historic Factory Dealership, in order to raise awareness of the local nonprofit group whose mission is to help create a safer environment for abused children. There will also be an after-party held at the Orlando Harley-Davidson Historic Factory Dealership with live music, entertainment and food.
